SHIPPING

Free shipping in the USA for a limited time. 

A large majority of our shipping is done via USPS. Your item will be shipped within 1 week unless otherwise specified.

Standard shipping includes Delivery confirmation. Insurance is an additional cost of $2.50.

Unfortunately, very rarely on occasion a parcel is lost through the USPS vortex, Insurance will protect you in such case. I am not responsible for items lost by USPS.

*International shipping is available through our site. We ship worldwide.

The rates vary on the country and generally a pomade will cost around $5.95 to ship internationally where as most other thing will cost around $8.95.

Each scent represents what I envision and want the man or woman to smell like that lives in each area.This is strictly based on personal preferences, its not literal by any means. I'm not trying to replicate what Brooklyn actually smells like. This would be verry challenging and impossible as it would vary greatly depending on the nose of the person smelling the differing scents.

Why did you name your company "Brooklyn Grooming?"

Brooklyn Grooming is really an extension of a previous line that I owned. I have always made mustache wax's and tattoo balms. I felt that the name was perfect since I work and live in Brooklyn and realized that there wasn't a product line yet for men that was tailored specifically to Brooklyn.

What is the hold like on your pomade?

Our pomade is a medium to light hold, perfect for creating mop tops and or lightly sculpting your hair.

Whats the texture of your pomade like?

Our pomade will be hard at first. I recommend using the back of your nail to get a pea size amount then warming it up with your palm, once it's heated by your hand you will have a nice buttery wax. It will be different than most pomades because its completely natural. 

How long will it take to ship my item?

Once payment has cleared, your item will ship within a week and will take around 3-4 days to get to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Most rates are posted on our site. Typically a pomade will cost around $5.95 to ship and most other products will be around $8.95-$11.95, depending on the quantity, weight and destination.

Are your products sold in any shops in Brookyln?
