Recently we caught up with singer, comedian and drag performance artist Joey Arias at the Tuesday night party he co-hosts with Susanne Bartsch at Soho Grand.

When we asked Arias (whom the New York Times has called "Downtown New York's answer to Cher") to give us his best grooming advice, here's what he told us:

"If you carry a huge magnifying mirror at all times and can get past that horrifying experience,
you know you look good in person."
